Meet the Team

Zoe - Managing Guide

Hello there!
I’m Zoe, your Managing Guide at Sunrose Learning Hub. A true knowledge seeker, I have a passion for the outdoors, travel, writing, arts and crafts, and—most of all—reading! Mindfulness and conscious living are an essential part of my daily life.

With over 15 years of experience in childcare and education, my journey has taken me from working in the Children’s Centre onboard the Disney Cruise Line in Florida to becoming a Regional Manager for a nationwide SEND children’s short breaks provider, leading large teams and organising enriching experiences across multiple venues in the North West.

I later transitioned into a management role supporting services for vulnerable children in Greater Manchester.

Sunrose Learning Hub began as an educational childminding service for home-educated children aged 5–11 and has since evolved into an alternative provision for ages 3–15 offering even greater support for home-educating families.

As a home-educating mum myself, I’m incredibly proud to have laid the foundation for Sunrose Learning Hub — a space rooted in heart, creativity, and community. What makes Sunrose even more special is the wonderful team around me, who bring their passion, care, and vision to life every day. Together, we’re honoured to offer a truly unique alternative for home-educating families.

Warm regards,
Zoe

Phoebe

Hello, I’m Phoebe. I am a dedicated early-years educator and care provider. I am well qualified with certifications in AMI, TEFL, and a Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning. I have worked as a kindergarten teacher, English teacher, and Montessori guide. I have always worked in diverse settings with a range of ages and neurodivergences. I am passionate about alternative education and theories of development. I believe in theory-based tailored education. This belief is founded in my understanding that every child and learning path is different.

I value child-centred and child-led learning. I have Montessori and Reggio Emilia experience in the classroom and home settings. My passion for Montessori has provided knowledge of physical, emotional, and social development. This enables me to support the requirements of the individual student best.

I think the best learning environments embrace a holistic approach. My knowledge of safeguarding paired with my dedication to holistic education will ensure your child’s wellbeing. I pride myself on being patient and compassionate. Every child deserves a good education and this looks different for each child. At Sunrose, I hope to be a helpful guide for your child during their learning journey.
